How to do MIDI Patch change in Icarus?

Looked through manual and didn't see it. Anyway way to send a MIDI patch change to Icarus?

Hello Mark,

Midi program change is supported. Due to technical restrictions it is necessary that the GUI is opened.

I recommend that you use the internal patch browser and not midi. It is also possible to use the up/down/right/left arrow keys to switch through the patches.
