Great! I am just looking at it now.

"- Skinable user interface"

I couldn't see where to do that, am I missing something?

its usually a integer change in a skin file in their data folder or something like that.
well t hat's how it is in G2 and ElectraX

Hi Markus,

That small correction to the way Saurus react when you play solo lines in mono mode while pressing the sustain pedal is still missing...

BTW I like the other improvements.

Just a question about these: in which way the volume envelope and the legato has been enhanced/changed?

Max

P.S. I can't see the skinning options as well  :D

So far i can not confirm a problem with the sustain pedal, but we'll investigate.

Legato is now more 'smart' when it comes to deciding which note if played when several keys are played. It more 'easy to play'.
The volume envelope has a more precise ending of the decay and reverb tail.

Understood ;)

Concerning the pedal see the reply in the other thread!

Hey Max,

i investigated the sustain pedal behaviour. It's difficult to reproduce. It happens only under certain patch settings in combination with certain keys pressed in a certain order in combination with the sustain pedal. ???

But i think i was able to fix the problem. Beside of that i have noticed a problem with legato that was not present in saurus v1.0 which i also fixed.

Markus,

No it happens with all the patches as far as I know... One thing you can try is this: hold a note with a finger and press and release the next note quickly (while holding the first one) without using the pedal: you'll hear a trill. Now do the same thing but holding the sustain pedal...

I'm able to reproduce this on all patches, here...

(Anyway I'm still scratching my head because I was sure that ElectraX had a different way of handle this thing).

It seems to be fixed now. I'll send out a new beta this week.

Fine! ;)

EDIT: nevermind! DUH...copied the RB file, renamed it as above, and...all is well. YAY! no fake keyboard! thanx..!
OSX 10.10 • logicX 10.0.7 • MacBook Pro 2.4 i5 • 8g ram • SSD • lots of other stuff

...and logic crashes every time i open it (with saurus in a file). so...REMOVED SaurusHideKeys.cfg, had to reboot, and am back in business.

any thoughts? would LOVE to use the plugin without the keyboard showing, but this crashes logic...
