and put it, well in the right place :-)

I don't use Logic, sorry.
Hopefully, Markus or Bastiaan can chime in here.
For me on both mac and pc, in both nuendo and cubase and maschine, it works fine (strangely on mac, either in cubase and maschine there are glitches with rayblaster hide keyboards for me)

and here, LOL, hiding the keyboard in RB was painless. so, obviously, a logic issue. ugh...

meanwhile...

i do think that saurus sounds better than ever; in fact, i have not been using it, but will now add it to my arsenal. playing with the arps (spellcheck keeps trying to change 'arps' to 'raps' LOL).
and (outside of my one bad moment posted earlier), seems stable. made some music with 8 instances of saurus, and mac seems happy.

OOPS. tried to open my saurus piece, and logic froze, had to force quit. got this:

12/14/12 11:13:04.890 AM Logic Express[577]: Warning: NSSegmentedCell has unknown NSControlSize 3.  This will only be reported once.

and here's some odd information:

if i open logic, and open that saurus piece i just made, when i hit play, logic beachballs, freezes.

if i open another song, with no instances of saurus, am fine.

if i open a new file, and open an instance of saurus, am fine.

THEN, i can open the saurus piece, and it plays.

weird? seems weird...  8)

I'll have a look and see if I can reproduce the problem here :)

As the load/save feature for the Arp in Rayblaster is now also included in Saurus my question is if those Arp files of both synths are compatible?
Would be cool to load an Arp pattern from e.g. Saurus into Rayblaster and vice versa.

The arp files are nearly compatible. 95% of the arps will load in the other synth. In some you'll have to fix the 'Arp key mode' parameter and resave it.

Hi Markus,

thanks for the info. The most important thing is to import the pattern itself.

It would be nice if it would be somehow possible to make them 100% compatible but without compromising the overall stability of the plugin.

I didn't experience any crashes in my tests and everything worked as epected. The arps of rayblaster and saurus have slightly different features -  that's why they can't be 100% compatible.
Beside of that only very few people do sound design and even less will import a Saurus arp to RB and vice versa.

No problem, i just asked if it would be possible. Around 95% should be more than enough.  :)
