Hello Levzi,
the concept of Electra is that every layer is a separate synth. The mod matrix of one synth can not control parameters of another synth.
To edit several layers at the same time click 'COPY'->'Multilayer Edit'. The knobs get red and if you change a knob all four layers get edited.

Thanks Markus,
I know the concept was to have different synths in one, but the reason I ask is because I made some really massive leads using 2 or more layers, and I wanted to automate the decay of the ADSR for them all, instead of having to create automation for each individual layer.
