How to start creating your own presets in Icarus?
« on: November 13, 2018, 12:15:42 AM »
Hi everyone.
Recently I have been the owner of the Icarus synthesizer. I'm fascinated by the possibilities of this synthesizer. Looking through the factory presets and experimenting myself, I noticed that the sound can be created in many ways. This synthesizer gives you unlimited possibilities. I would like to learn whether to create presets according to the scheme eg Osc => Filter => Effects or rely only on hearing. There is so much of it all. I do not know where to start creating my own presets.

Hello,

to start with a new patch click FILE->'Init patch'.
FILE->'Create random patch' is also a good point to start with.
You can also go to the Templates category. There you can find examples of the various synthesis models.

To watch the video tutorials click HELP->'Online video tutorial'

Best Regards
