FR: Midi learn for oscillator values

Hello,

It could be useful to have MIDI learn for such parameters as Harmonic, Start, PW, High Boost.  

Also, the mouse wheel does not work for all oscillator parameters.  It works for instance for the osc window, but not for Harmonic, Start, PW, Wave Mix, and High boost.
