Title: Import microtuning file
Post by: Tepa on October 08, 2018, 04:32:38 PM
Hello,
Is there a way to import our own microtuning file (like .tun or .scl) in Gladiator 3 ?
I really wish to experiment in that area with your synth  :)

Thks

Hello Tepa,

microtuning files are currently not supported. However Gladiator3 comes with several excellent modes, which also work very well when you play live and with all tonalities. Click on 'mircotuning' on the top left.

1) Off = default tuning

2) lively chords = works best with low frequency chords or more detuned sounds

3) silky chords = works well with all kind of chords. It has a silky sound

4)  just intonation = heavy pitch correction for clean chords

Best Regards,
Markus

Hello Markus,
I was wondering if we could add more  :)  Because I have dozens microtuning files that i made and some that i copy from other vst instruments.

Thank you for your precisions concerning the 3 microtuning inside Gladiator, very instructive  ;)
