sound design license details when using expansions

Hi Markus,

Can you tell me, what are the licensing details for designing and selling sounds that may use the expansion morphtables, effects, etc.?

Is it OK to create add-on soundbanks using the expanded features and specify to the potential buyers that such is a requirement for the soundbank I would sell, or is it forbidden to do this?

Hello Grymmjack,

We give you (Grymmjack) the permission to design and sell sounds for Gladiator2.

Please note that the sounds, morphtables and keyfiles from the expansions are copyrighted by other sound designers and our company. You are not allowed to distribute this content.

We also give you (Grymmjack) the permission to design and sell sounds which require Gladiator2 and the expansions.
However we do not  recommend this to you:
1) You would reach a smaller customer base, since not everyone owns the expansions.
2) You could annoy some of your customers who purchased your soundbank without reading the requirements.
