All product's (incl. latest betas) successfully work with OSX Lion (10.7).
-----------------------------------
If you experience authorizing problems in Mac OSX Lion, this is happening due to incorrect read/write permissions for the 'plugins' folder (/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/). Without the proper permissions being available to host and/or plugins it's possible that read/write problems occur during usage.
If you're using Lion (OSX 10.7) and one of our products does not unlock or authorize it's easy to resolve the problem:
* Using Finder, go to your '/Library/Audio/' folder
* Select the 'Plug-Ins' folder in the Finder.
* Choose show information by right-clicking on it or press Applekey+I.
* Click on the lock to have access to the permissions from the pop-up menu in the Info window.
* Change the permissions settings for everyone to 'Read and Write"

For more information on troubleshooting permissions please take a look at the following Apple support page: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2963?viewlocale=en_US
The installer of future updates from our products will automatically fix possible write permission problems with the Plug-Ins directory.
