Title: Force envelope/LFO/MSEG re-trigger in mono-mode

When a patch is set to mono and the MSEGs are set to envelope trigger mode they do not trigger if there is a release on the amp envelope that has not faded to zero before the next note is hit.

Use Polyphonic 1 instead of Monophonic as playmode
