Title: Saurus demo with extended time

We extended the demo timeout of the Saurus demo to 20 min and removed the voice reminder. We added 14 additional sounds which should show the 'analog' capatibilities of the Saurus. The installer on Mac is now signed with a certificate and passes Gatekeeper. It also includes some minor fixes.
