During the last years the market for software downloads has grown rapidly. However some people are still afraid to purchase software online, beacuse they think that they could loose the data.
What does happen if i loose my download because of a computer crash?
We recommend that you create a backup of your download to an USB stick or a CD. If you forgot this or can’t find your backup CD we personally take care of you and resubmit the software to you for free.
Can i still use my software if Tone2 should discontinue the business?
Unlike competing companies Tone2 won’t go broke in the future. Our software will continue to work even if a nuclear bomb would be dropped on Europe.
What if something else should go wrong?
We personally take care of it.
